Run together! Join The Campus Running Club in Quinta do Lago and kickstart your running adventures. Enjoy regular 'park run' style runs, sessions to improve technique as well as monthly challenges. 

Come together with other running fans and enjoy the rush of outdoor exercise in beautiful, natural surrounding. The Campus Running Club provides the perfect opportunity to join with others on runs, as well as working on your technique and motivation. 

The monthly Challenges are designed to get you moving over longer distances and along different routes, exploring beautiful Algarve trails one stride at a time.

The Campus Running Club Schedule
• Mondays: 10:30 – 5km 'Park Run Style' Run
Go at your own pace, meet new people, and start your week on a positive note.
• Thursdays: 10:30 – Improve Your Run
Focus on technique, intervals, and motivation to take your running to the next level.

Monthly Weekend Challenge – a longer distance and a different location. It’s a great opportunity to push your limits and explore new routes.
