Caniço

Caniço Restaurant is one of those places you have got to see to believe. The setting is breath-taking, the views amazing and just getting there is an adventure. Caniço is open from 10 in the morning to the early hours of the next morning. Snacks and refreshing drinks are served all day as well as the à la carte menu for both lunch and dinner.
At night Caniço has a special magic. The cliffs are back-lit, the DJ sets up on the sand (tide permitting) and the party begins. During the summer season, Caniço hosts plenty of live music nights. Just imagine yourself having enjoyed a lovely meal, then dancing under the stars on the fine sand with a delicious cocktail in your hand. That's hard to beat!

The beach which Caniço overlooks is gorgeous. A small cove beach, (very small at high tide!) the water is translucent, there are small caves and arches carved out of the cliffs and a series of interconnecting coves which just call out to be explored.
