Love good food and like to be healthy too? Pure is for you! At roundabout 2 in Quinta do Lago, Pure offers fabulous juices, healthy breakfast and lunch options and freshly baked bread and pastries. Plus, the new Q Coffee Lab delivers ourstanding coffee.

Quinta do Lago resort boasts some great restaurants, such as Bovino Steakhouse, Casa Velha and Casa do Lago, so it's no surprise that Pure also offers superb quality. Healthy food and snacks, fresh natural juices and delicious salads are on the menu. For that little bit of indulgence, treat yourself to a homemade desserts and fresh pastries. Breakfast and lunch are served on the sunny terrace overlooking the 8th hole of the North golf course. 

Q Coffee Lab at Pure
New for 2025, Quinta do Lago presents its own exclusive coffee. The green beans, sourced from sustainable producers around the world, are roasted at the Coffee Lab to create Quinta's very own blend. And in keeping with their sustainable efforts, the bean husks and grounds are then used as fertilizar at Q Farm, helping to grown delicious fresh produce that makes it way to the resort's restaurant tables.
