Restaurante O Patio

Restaurante O Patio has been serving great food since 1964. Located right on the square in Carvoeiro, at the very heart of the resort, O Patio celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. Housed in a beautiful old building, with its terrace blending with the town square, which in turns meets the beach, Restaurante O Patio is one of the landmarks of Carvoeiro. O Patio received a makeover in 2013, the darker, rustic interior being replaced with a fresher more modern décor. The old water well, original to the building is still there, converted into a spectacular wine cellar with large wine casks embedded in the wall. During the summer months, the terrace with its view of the square and beach is the perfect place to enjoy people watching.
The menu at Restaurante O Patio has international appeal with a good selection of meat, fish and pasta dishes. There is also a good wine list featuring Portuguese and international wines.
