Mat Pilates Community Class by The Fit Life

Join The Fit Life for a Mats Pilates class at Quinta do Lago with all proceeds going to local charity Associação Oncológica Do Algarve (Algarve Oncological Association) on the first Sunday of every month. Led by The Fit Life experts, this pilates class is good for you and good for the community.

The Fit Life Pilates Studio is located near to Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. Providing group classes as well as 1 to 1 traiing, you can join Mat Pilates as well as Reformer Pilates classes, in the fabulous pilates dome.
The Pilated Studio is next to The Fit Life Training Studio where you can enjoy indoor and outdoor group classes and personalized training.

On the first Sunday of every month TFL (The Fit Life) hosts a community Mats Pilates class at Quinta Shopping in Quinta do Lago. All proceeds generated go to Associação Oncológica Do Algarve (Algarve Oncological Association).
