Don't miss this! The second edition of the Pilates Marathon by The Fit Life (TFL) Pilates studio. Enjoy fitness and fun, with live DJ sessions, special cocktails and smoothies. Reformer and Mat Pilates options. 

The Fit Life Pilates Studio, near to Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, offers great infoor and outdoor training facilities, as well as both Reformer and Mat Pilates. The indoor studio is a super spot - bright and spacious, just the right ambience to benefit from expert training led by TFL coaches.
